Labor Day Cabin

For Labor day weekend we ran up to the Welch cabin.  This cabin needs a lot of work..and is always in a state of falling apart..but we love it.  There's no internet, no electricity beyond a generator.  We sleep on lumpy mattresses and hope the stove will work....but we are together.  It was a rainy weekend so we weren't outside much..but we did do a puzzle, play hours of games and laughed and loved being together.  I took up shrinky-dinks for the kids to create and watch the magic shrinking in the oven.  I took up glow sticks and the kids put together a light show for us.  It's awesome having Sophia to gather the littles and do something cool.  

You guys--the toilet is smoking!
