Grand kid game night- Rainbow Party- Lua- worked out well. We had pineapple, nuggets, chips, oreo’s and rootbeer- and Papa’s lactose free ice cream from his machine. - We had lei’s for everyone, and did the limbo, and other games, jumped ont he tramp, made a fun video about traveling to the park in a red cup, played at the park, ate ice cream, and learned to hula- with hula skirts, and speak some Hawaiian words– Aloha and Mahalo..
We talked about rainbows and colors all being the same– there isn’t one better than another and how that’s true with people too..and how we need to look out for those who are feeling sad, or being picked on, or marginalized. We had the kids teach me and papa about all of this..and they did a good job, even George! Then we rounded the night out playing dominoes.
