I took 5 of my grand-nuggets to the Chalk art festival in Bountiful. It was a lot of fun hanging out with them. I brought donuts, because it was National Donut Day. (These donuts actually came by way of Bob and Star, our neighbors who like to celebrate this type of thing.) Popcorn and water to eat while walking around and trying to find a favorite chalk art. Then we cooled our feet off at the water park just off of Main Street and then got slurpies for the ride home. Alfie, Poppy, Tayla, Lady and Elsie are awesome kids who get a long great with each other although the girls like to sing Golden from K-pop Demon Hunters at the top of their lungs to torture Alfie.
