Pie Parties are a wonderful thing in our family. This idea is around much more today but when my mom began it, it was a novel idea. She even had a national magazine come and take pics and interview all of us about the annual pie party. Only Truman and Neice, Rachel made the magazine...two little kids eating pumpkin pie.
I know I rhapsodize every year over my love affair with Pie.....
What's my favorite kind of pie? ROUND!
Wayne's Dad always said this...he was a man after my own heart.
Anyway, a pie party is just one more reason to get together with loved ones to share, laugh and love.
I am thankful.
